Vice Adm. D. Brian Peterman (left), commanding officer Atlantic Area, receives a brief from Navy Lt. Cmdr. Miller (right) aboard Al Basra Oil Terminal (ABOT) here. Miller is the Commanding Officer of the sailors stationed aboard the oil platform. During a visit to the Middle East, Peterman made site visits to the approximately 250 Coast Guard members here.
