Midway Island, North Hawaiian Islands (Aug. 28)--TC2 Maurice Frazier, Coast Guard Cutter Jarvis (WHEC-723), stands a vigilant guard during the migrant offload at the atoll. On Aug. 24, boarding team members from the cutters Kukui (WLB-203) and Jarvis detained more than 75 undocumented Asian migrants aboard the converted coastal freighter north of the atoll.
