Kodiak, AK (Feb.15)--Seaman Biard McNeil and Seaman Brad Johnson work on the hull of the Coast Guard Cutter Storis doing the 3 P's of hull preservation, preparation, priming and painting. Coast Guard seaman and fireman are the entry level positions of the Coast Guard and are usually responsible for doing most of the hard undesirable jobs on board cutters and shore stations. Their hard work is responsible for keeping the Coast Guards oldest cutter, commissioned in 1942, looking like it is brand new. USCG photo by PA2 Keith Alholm
