Elliot Bay, Wash. (August 9) --- HEALY'S MAIDEN VOYAGE. The Coast Guard's newest and biggest addition to its fleet, Coast Guard Cutter Healy (WAGB), arrives in Seattle today. The 420 ft.- Healy, an icebreaker, has state-of-the art technology to support on-board scientists and a smaller crew compared to its sister ships Polar Star and Polar Sea, also stationed in Seattle.
