Abbeville, La. (Jan. 8)--Crew members line the deck during the commissioning ceremony of the Coast Guard Cutter Pelican. The Pelican was commissioned January 8th in Abbeville, La. The 87-foot patrol boat will be moved to the Port Of Vermillion once the facility is completed.
