San Juan, Puerto Rico (Dec. 15) -- MST2 Thomas Cole and a National Park Service officer discuss the 650-foot grounded cargo ship Sergo Zakariadze outside the entrance to San Juan port. The ship was carrying 17,000 tons of cement dust when it ran aground Nov. 18, 1999. The Russian ship had no power or running water after running aground.
