    ARLINGTON, Virginia (May 28)--Coast Guard Lt. Mark Cunningham and one of the guard's from the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier salutes after placing a wreath at one of the memorial sites at Arlington National Cemetery. Each year an officer is selected from one branch of the military service to place a wreath on sites at the cemetery.
