CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas, (May 26)--The Coast Guard issued the certificate of inspection May 26 for the Deep Draft Caisson Vessel built by Exxon Mobil Corporation for oil production in the Gulf of Mexico's Hoover and Diana oil fields.
