SAN DIEGO (Feb. 2, 2007) -- Coast Guard Petty Officer 1st Class Brook Bossen pulls �injured� Petty Officer 1st Class James Baxter back to the Coast Guard Cutter Petrel as part of a shipboard man overboard drill.
