    PORTSMOUTH, Va., -- (Feb. 01, 2006) The CGC Northland (WMEC 904) home ported in Portsmouth, approaches the Frank H. Wetmore, a crab fishing vessel off the coast of New England. The Northland stood a two-month living marine resources (LMR) patrol under First District tactical control.
