GEORGETOWN, Guyana - (June 12, 2006) Lt. Cmdr. Jeff Morgan (left), a member with the Coast Guard International Port Security Team, located in Washington D.C., is taken on a tour of a port facility in Guyana. The team led by Morgan, toured 5 port facilities during a week long visit to the country. The purpose of the trip was to share information on ways to improve port security globally.
