Charles Wurster, commander of the U.S. Coast Guard Pacific Area, receives a gift from the China coast guard before departing on the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Boutwell on Monday here. The Boutwell was here as U.S. Coast Guard representatives for the North Pacific Coast Guard Forum (NPCGF).
