SEATTLE - Petty Officer 3rd Class Tara Molle, dressed as Personal Flotation Device Panda, marches in Seattle's Seafair Torchlight Parade Saturday evening. The annual event is the largest nighttime parade in the Northwest. Seafair is an event that is viewed by nearly 2 million Puget Sound residents each summer. Active duty, reserve and auxiliary Coast Guardsmen from units around Puget Sound participated by carrying a large American flag in the parade.
