SEATTLE- Petty Officer 3rd Class Eric Whitlock, Petty Officer 3rd Class Alex Eckhoff and Petty Officer 2nd Class Josh Barclay paddle as fast as they can during the Baffle Gab Milk Carton Derby. According to Seafair.com more than 60 handcrafted boats, floating on milk cartons, participated in todays's derby. The unusual, yet entertaining, event serves as the kick-off for the annual summer festival now in its 58th year. Nearly 25,000 people witnessed the entertainment along the shoreline.
