Lt. Cmdr. Gordon Lewis, from Atlanta, Ga., looks out over the North Arabian Sea as he prepares to launch his boots from the No. 2 Catapult of the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln, the traditional send-off for "Shooters" who have completed their tour aboard the ship. Lincoln is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility to support Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom as well as maritime security operations.
