PORTSMOUTH, Va. - Coast Guard Lt. Ronald Nakamoto, returning member of the Coast Guard's Redeployment, Assistance and Inspection Detachment (RAID) Team IV, stands at attention during an awards ceremony at the Atlantic Area Headquarters, Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2007. Nakamoto served as the RAID Team Supervisor, Coast Guard Liason Officer and collateral Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection Officer for the Army's 1190th Deployment Distribution Support Battalion in Kuwait. While serving with the division Nakamoto was awarded the Army Commendation Medal, the U.S. Central Command Combat Patch and the Army Expert Pistol Badge.
