    OCRACOKE, N.C. - Coast Guard crews onboard a 47-foot Motor Lifeboat crew from Station Hatteras Inlet and a HH-60 Jayhawk helicopter from Air Station Elizabeth City, N.C., perform a search and rescue demonstration during a week-long Coast Guard seminar at the North Carolina Center for the Advancement of Teachers (NCCAT) training facility, here, Thursday, Oct. 11, 2007. The NCCAT facility, a former Coast Guard Station, officially opens on Oct. 20th and will provide seminars designed to strengthen teachers classroom expertise by exposing them to new ideas and activities that they can share with their students.
