OAKLAND, Calif.- A Coast Guard 25-ft small boat patrols in the Port of Oakland near the M/V Cosco Busan November 10, 2007. The vessel, a container ship, struck the protective fendering system of the Bay Bridge in the San Francisco Bay, November 7, 2007, and spilled approximately 58,000 gallons of oil into the bay.
