The cutter DALLAS takes part in placing a wreath in memorial to those WW II Veterans who died at Normandy. During these festivities, Dallas sailed with the reenactment fleet to commemorate the event. Soon after, Dallas was called upon to be the flagship for Operation Able Vigil in response to a mass exodus from Cuba.
