SAN FRANCISCO (April 19, 2008)- Rear Adm. Craig Bone, Commander of the Eleventh Coast Guard District, speaks during a ceremony held on Yerba Buena Island, at which the Silver Star was presented posthumously in the name of Staff Sgt. Roger Hallberg. The award was presented to Staff Sgt. Hallberg's mother, Doris Cobb Hallberg, for courageous actions during a battle in Vietnam 41 years ago.
