    The 50-meter Equatorial Guinean Navy patrol boat Estuario de Muni, and two 13-meter Equatorial Guinean Navy patrol boats, respond to a distress call during a search-and-rescue exercise conducted with the Coast Guard Cutter Dallas in the Gulf of Guinea July 11. Dallas is deployed to the region under the direction of Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe, Sixth Fleet, in support of Africa Partnership Station (APS). APS is an initiative aimed at strengthening global-maritime partnerships through training and other collaborative activities in order to improve global maritime safety and security.
