    SAN FRANCISCO - The Petroleum Oil Tanker Overseas Cleliamar, homeported in Majuro, Marshall Islands, is at anchor at Anchorage Nine in the San Francisco Bay after losing propulsion while transiting outbound under the Golden Gate Bridge, Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2009. The ship was able to regain power and transit to its current location. The Coast Guard conducted an investigation and found no signs of pollution.
