ANCHORAGE, Alaska - Chief Warrant Officer Darrel Howells and Lt. j.g. Chris Nichols of Coast Guard Sector Anchorage examine and catalog damage on the cargo vessel Horizon Anchorage at the Port of Anchorage March 9, 2009. The vessel suffered damage from a 40-foot wave in the Gulf of Alaska while transiting to Anchorage from Tacoma, Wash.
