SAN PEDRO, Calif. - Members of the Associated Press and Fox News document an inter-agency security boarding April 29 off the coast of Long Beach, Calif. The boarding team consists of representatives from the Border Enforcement Security Task Force. The Los Angeles BEST is the nation's first seaport task force of its kind, bringing together multiple agencies including the U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, California Border Patrol, Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, and Los Angeles and Long Beach Port Police.
