SAN PEDRO, Calif. - Petty Officer 2nd Class Richard Magana, a boatswain's mate stationed at Sector Los Angeles-Long Beach, is interviewed April 29 at Sector LA-LB by Phil Shuman, a reporter with Fox News 11, about the Border Enforcement Security Task Force. The Los Angeles BEST is the nation's first seaport task force of its kind, bringing together multiple agencies including the U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, California Border Patrol, Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, and Los Angeles and Long Beach Port Police.
