SAN DIEGO -- A Tactical Law Enforcement Team member fast ropes from an MH-60J Jayhawk helicopter April 22, 2009 at Coast Guard Sector San Diego. Members of the San Diego-based Pacific Tactical Law Enforcement Team and the Miami-based Tactical Law Enforcement Team South performed multiple jumps using various fast roping techniques.
