NEW YORK-The Coast Guard Cutter Spencer, home ported in Boston, M.A., makes way through New York Harbor during the parade of ships, kicking off the Parade of Ships during New York City's Fleet Week '09, May 20, 2009.
The parade of ships included vessels from the Canadian and United States Navy and the United States Coast Guard. Fleet Week is a week long event where mariners from around the world are celebrated in a series of maritime oriented events.
