SAN DIEGO - A CNN cameraman, Gregg Canes, films the Coast Guard Cutter George Cobb, a 225-foot buoy tender homeported in San Pedro, Calif., while aboard the Cutter Petrel, an 87-foot patrol boat homeported in San Diego, Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2010.
