SAN DIEGO - Vice Adm. Jody Breckenridge, Pacific Area commander, Capt. Stephen Metruck, Eleventh District Chief of Staff, and Lt. Gen. Guy Swan III, U.S. Army North commander, visit Coast Guard Sector San Diego to receive a brief about the San Diego Maritime Unified Command, Tuesday, March 23, 2010.
