BALTIMORE - Petty Officer 2nd Class Tonya Mulhern, a marine science technician at Coast Guard Sector Baltimore, and Hector Carrion, a Customs and Border Protection officer, stand by while a container is inspected with a Vehicle and Cargo Inspection System, a tool used for non-intrusive inspections of containers.
