GULF OF MEXICO - Department of the Interior Deputy Secretary David J. Hayes and Deprtment of Homeland Security Deputy Secretary Jane Holl Lute arrive on the Transocean Discovery Driller III in the Gulf of Mexico via a Coast Guard MH-60J helicopter May 20, 2010. Hayes and Lute took a brief tour of the bridge and saw some of the sophisticated equipment used aboard one of Transocean's mobile offshore drilling units.
