Members of the Brunei Special Forces await the start of a visit, board, search and seizure exercise aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Howard. Howard, along with the Brunei Air Force and Royal Brunei Navy, are participating in South East Asia Cooperation Against Terrorism exercises off the coast of Brunei.
