MOBILE, Ala. - Coast Guard personnel operate communication equipment to disseminate oil spill coordinates to vessels conducting oil skimming operations in the Gulf of Mexico Friday, July 2, 2010. The enhanced mobile incident command post's primary function is to provide sheltered work space, voice and data connectivity as well as command and control capabilities on a mobile platform.
