MOBILE, Ala. - The Coast Guard enhanced mobile incident command post (EMICP) is parked just outside the mobile incident command post to provide additional communications for operations in the Gulf of Mexico Friday, July 2, 2010. The primary function of the EMICP is to provide sheltered work space, voice and data connectivity as well as command and control capabilities on a mobile platform.
