    SAN FRANCISCO - After donning survival suits, a group of sea scouts prepare to enter the frigid Bay Area water as part of a cold-water survival training led by a petty officer from Coast Guard Station San Francisco, Saturday, Oct. 23, 2010, during the annual Sea Scout Safety at Sea event held on Yerba Buena Island. The Coast Guard hosted the event at Sector San Francisco where more than 400 sea scouts and adult leaders participated in hands-on safety, shipboard damage control, fire fighting and law enforcement trainings over the weekend.
