    FORT MACON, N.C. - Crewmembers aboard Coast Guard Cutter Elm recover the Diamond Shoals Lighted Buoy 12, near Cape Hatteras, N.C., at 10:18 a.m., Feb. 11, 2011. The crew used a grapnel hook to drag for the chain connecting the buoy hull to the sinker, recovered both and then left a new buoy at the location.
