    FORT MACON, N.C. - Crewmembers aboard Coast Guard Cutter Elm recover the Diamond Shoals Lighted Buoy 12 near Cape Hatteras, N.C., at 10:42 a.m., Feb. 11, 2011. The crew used a grapnel hook to drag for the chain connecting the buoy hull to the sinker and then replaced the hull after recovering both the hull and sinker.
