BALTIMORE - Dottie Mitchell, the communications manager at the Coast Guard Yard in Baltimore, gives a tour to teachers from the Maritime Industries Academy High School in Baltimore in order to educate them on the roles and missions the Coast Guard has in the maritime community, April 26, 2010. The tour was one of many stop the teachers made in order to learn more about the maritime industry and how they can better educate their students on this subject.
