LABRADOR SEA, CANADA - Petty Officer 2nd Class Scott Baumgartner, on board a Coast Guard HC-130J from Elizabeth City Air Station, observes ice and sea conditions through one of the aircraft's two observer windows before logging the information into his computer, April 9, 2011. This information will be compiled with all data gathered aboard the aircraft and sent to members of the International Ice Patrol which is in New London, Conn.
