Sailors return to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Howard after completing a small boat exercise. Howard is working in conjunction with the navies of Brunei, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and the Republic of the Philippines as part of the Southeast Asia Cooperation Against Terrorism exercise. Howard and the Ronald Reagan Carrier Strike Group are on a scheduled deployment in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility operating in the western Pacific and Indian oceans.
