BALTIMORE - Crewmembers of a 45-foot Response Boat-Medium from Coast Guard Station Annapolis, Md., and the Coast Guard Cutter Shearwater, an 87-foot patrol boat homeported in Portsmouth, Va., host tours during a National Safe Boating Week kickoff event at the Annapolis City Dock in Annapolis May 21, 2011.
