    ATLANTIC OCEAN (July 12, 2011) - Senegalese marines and Coast Guardsmen from Coast Guard Cutter Forward (WMEC 911), conduct a boarding of a fishing vessel operating off the coast of Senegal as part of a African Maritime Law Enforcement Partnership (AMLEP) mission. AMLEP is a branch of Africa Partnership Station (APS) that focus on operating side-by-side with regional maritime services in order to stop and deter illicit transnational maritime activity by conducting these operations with African navies.
