    BATON ROUGE, La. (Oct. 6, 2005) Contractors place absorbent pads on surface oil at the Bass Enterprises South Facility in Cox Bay, La., Oct. 6, 2005. Hurricane Katrina caused an estimated 3.8 million gallons of oil to be released at this facility.
