ARLINGTON, VA - (May 23, 2008) - A Honor Guard Color Set from the Henry E. Mooberry Division, U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps (NSCC), based at the Washington (DC) Navy Yard, presents the colors with the Coast Guard and Navy Standards prominently displayed, for the Navy League of the United States Board of Directors meeting luncheon. U.S. Coast Guard Rear Admiral Mary Landry, Director of Governmental and Public Affairs; Mr. James Caponiti, Associate Administrator for National Security, U.S. Maritime Administration; Major General Michael R. Regner, U.S. Marine Corps Legislative Assistant to the Commandant; and U.S. Navy Rear Admiral Michael H. Miller, Chief of Legislative Affairs spoke during the event. The Color Set consisted of (L-R) Petty Officer Third Class Kathryn Plata, Seaman Recruit Elizabeth Eichler, Petty Officer Third Class Kristine Plata, League Cadet Rachel Eichler, and League Cadet Ryan McFadden.
