MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Master Chief Petty Officer Steven Hearn is relieved of duties as the Coast Guard's Silver Ancient Mariner by Master Chief Petty Officer Lloyd Pierce, command master chief at the Coast Guard Academy, and as the Coast Guard Cutter Kankakee's officer in charge by Chief Warrant Officer Nick Frascella, in Millington, Tenn., Aug. 19, 2011.
