Chief petty officer selectees attached to Reserve and Active component commands around Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth conduct an event to remember the sinking of the USS Indianapolis, which sunk July 30, 1945, after being torpedoed by a Japanese submarine. The Fort Worth selectees conducted the event in Lake Worth under the watchful eye of the NAS JRB Fort Worth Chief Petty Officers' Association.
