NOME, Alaska - Coast Guard Auxiliary member Nancy Terencio uses the help of Coastie the safety boat while addressing students at the Nome Beltz Junior and Senior High School during a water and ice safety demonstration given there May 3, 2012. The Auxiliary visit to Nome was the culmination of a two week trip where the Auxiliary members addressed students in Alaska communities of Nome, Barrow and Kotzebue.
