KODIAK, Alaska - Responders monitor containment boom surrounding the grounded 174-foot Army vessel Monterrey on Puffin Island in Chiniak Bay June 12, 2012. The boom is designed to contain and limit the spread of diesel fuel from the vessel and exclusion boom has been placed at the mouth of the nearby Buskin River, a salmon stream.
