On Wednesday, January 30, 2013, ADM Robert J. Papp, Commandant of the United States Coast Guard, addressed the combined colleges as part of the National Defense University's Distinguished Leader Program series. The lecture took place in Lincoln Hall at Fort McNair in Washington, DC.
