Petty Officer 3rd Class Jack Delbridge, an aviation warfare systems operator from Atlanta, rappels from an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter while flying over the waters of Micronesia during Pacific Partnership 2008. Pacific Partnership is a four-month humanitarian mission intended to build collaborative partnerships by providing engineering, civic, medical and dental assistance to the region.
